HopHop Privacy Policy
Effective date: 28 October 2026
The HopHop (Хоп-Хоп) app for Android is developed by Ivan Tech SIA (Riga, Latvia). It is a movement game: the phone's camera sees the child, and a character on the screen copies the child's pose.
Camera
The camera is used only to detect body pose on the device. Detection runs with a model built into the app, without contacting any server.
- No video, images or pose data are stored: each frame is processed and then discarded.
- No video, images or pose data are transmitted, neither to the developer nor to any third party.
Data we collect
None. The app has no accounts, no ads, no analytics and no third-party SDKs. The app does not need internet access and does not request the internet permission.
Permissions
- CAMERA: to see the child's movements during the game.
- WAKE_LOCK: to keep the screen on while playing.
What is stored on the device
Only game settings, such as whether TV mode is on. They are stored locally on the device and are never sent anywhere.
Children
The app is intended for children aged 3 to 8, playing together with a parent: the adult sets up the phone, grants camera access and watches the game. We do not collect any data from children (or from anyone else).
How to delete data
Uninstall the app. This also removes the stored settings. We hold no other data, so there is nothing to delete on our side.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the new version will be published on this page with a new date.
